Heidrick & Struggles

Fleur has spent the last twenty years in Executive Search. Post three years as a Strategy Consultant based in Paris, she started her search career at Spencer Stuart where she spent seven formative years learning the trade. After the birth of her first child, she left to join JCA Group reuniting with two former colleagues she had worked closely with at Spencer Stuart. Over the next ten years she played an integral role in building JCA Group into one of the UK’s leading top-end boutiques focusing on FTSE and FTSE equivalent Board and C-Suite appointments. The business was acquired by Heidrick & Struggles in 2016. She has since spent the last three years as a key member of the Board & CEO Practice with a speciality in technology, telecoms and media.

Highly international by background, Fleur was born and grew up in Hong Kong and was educated in the UK (Bristol University) and Paris (HEC). She spends as much time as she can in Kenya, where her husband grew up and where they are currently building a house on the Mara river.

Fleur has four children and late last year took the decision to have a career break to settle the two elder children into new schools and project manage the house build in Kenya.

She plays competitive tennis for a club in West London and is currently exasperating her piano teacher by not practising as often (if ever) as she should!

Fleur has always been a huge advocate of supporting and mentoring the next generation of talent. She is a firm believer in diversity and inclusion and how it can benefit individuals, teams and businesses. She is delighted to be a founding member of SWISH.
